How to make pellets by pellet mills for home use?
- First of all, prepare your raw material. Generally small size powder can be directly pelletized, while larger than 12mm material must been pulverized or crushed first. Then keep the moisture content of raw material is between 10-15%. If too dry, add water and stir evenly; if too wet, dry it.
- Secondly, pour the powder material into the pellet mills for home use steadily. Then the fuel pellets are pressed and formed inside the pellet mill.
- Lastly, the pellets can be used or stored as long as they are reduced to room temperature.
